All of our therapy services require a Comprehensive Assessment to begin. During that assessment, we’ll look at your current struggles, your mental health history, patterns of behavior, a history of treatment and what has helped vs. not helped.
From there, we can move on to attacking the issues head-on. We’ll work to reach the origins of the problem so we can more effectively dismantle it. Whether you’re looking to tackle one single issue or you want to establish ongoing care with a professional, individual counseling will give you the opportunity to open up in a safe environment and address the issues that are holding you back.
We work our process around the goal each client wants to accomplish. We can work with you on the number of sessions and timing of sessions as well as options for telehealth, once we determine what you’re looking to get out of your counseling.
Why It’s Beneficial
Individual counseling can be molded specifically to your needs. Regardless of what you’re struggling with, counseling will provide you with an unbiased, professional perspective on how to overcome things. Your counselor will help you gain insight and clarity on your issues and see the situation more clearly.
There are so many modalities your counselor can apply to help you with this work. They provide continuous support and look at the situation holistically. Their professional experience allows them to identify the best angle to move forward. They have no hidden motivations or agenda. Their only job is to help you reach your goal, whatever that may be.
Who You’ll Be Working With
Tim, Rob, Candy, Glenn & Shawnta all provide this service. Finding the right fit is key to a successful relationship with your counselor, so before you begin you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about each of our counselors and schedule a complimentary call with the counselor of your choice before moving forward with your assessment.
They are all licensed to provide therapeutic counseling services and have extensive experience working with individuals to overcome a wide variety of obstacles both situational and chronic. They’re ready to meet you wherever you are and do the work alongside you to move you forward.
