Initial Assessment and Consultation

The Process

The Initial Assessment & Consultation is the base of all of our coaching and consulting services. It typically lasts 90 minutes. In that time, we’ll discuss the issues at hand, how long they’ve lasted, and what you may have tried to remediate them.

We’ll examine your personal strengths and weaknesses as well as looking at your family makeup and evaluating your existing support structure. We’ll discuss specific goals you’d like to achieve as well as any barriers that are standing in your way (such as custody battles or other legal issues). Our goal is to paint a holistic picture of your situation so that we can best guide you towards resolution and peace.

Why It’s Beneficial

We require this before beginning any of our coaching or consulting services because the last thing we want any client to do is waste time or money on services that won’t ultimately help them reach their goals. By having this meeting before we begin, we can hone in on the work that needs to be done so you can hit the ground running when you meet with your coach or consultant.

Who You’ll Be Working With

Our experienced staff members all conduct these assessments. Each of our staff members brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table along with an empathetic ear and an action-driven approach to their work. They will help get you situated for success in your coaching or consulting relationship.
